it gets there eventually but not till after they leave the training facility. it's worth it tho! definitely a favorite novel of mine now.

hm well this is still around ch 10 in the novel so it'll be a while. this series is gonna be very long. i recommend reading the web novel if you wanna read ahead. by the time they go home it'll be around halfway through the story.

I think we are supposed to be exciting because of the previous foreshadowing but this just lazy hand waving at the plot for this point. It’s giving this is ending in like 10 or less chapters energy, and I would hope not because the first season was really promising

I couldn’t even bring myself to fully finish this, it’s a shame because I thought the start of this story was great. The art I could forgive, the story I cannot. But thanking all you readers trashing this in the comments because wow, the FL is downright selfish and infuriating. Few stories spiral like this completely. I wish I could say it just got boring and dropped but no, this is a story if you read far enough you’ll likely drop from frustration or continue reading in disbelief.
