I can’t stop rereading this, they’re all just so fun, stupid (I say this with love), and animated. Especially love how MC and ML Have distinctive personalities, fun quirks + good chemistry which I think is what’s missing in some of the more recent titles. Plus points for MC who’s just always happy to exist lmao I need that energy

This had so much potential but the sex just really fell flat I’m not one to police the sex (this is fantasy, I’m not a dum dum who thinks everything I read is a moral reflection of my virtues lol) — I couldn’t care less about the fact that it’s dub con but it just felt really forced rather than a natural escalation of things.
Hoping the story does get better tho ╮(￣▽￣)╭

It’s not even about that, it’s just the way it’s handled. I don’t wanna read it again but it was really awkward, both in the choreography of the characters and the execution.
Like the scene could’ve been a lot shorter, and the author seemed like they were pandering to a gaze (which is consistent with the way this author handled the earlier scenes) but failed to do so.
I could care less again whether it’s hot or uncomfortable, I just want it to be done right or at least interesting enough to keep my eyes on screen. I think what’s really missing is the stakes and how it was highlighted in the first season. One chapter of that long sex scene is just a skip.
