The 4th prince barely has any personality so he doesn't really standout for me, but I really hope he'll shine thru, just because I want jealous male leads (=・ω・=). Akira hasn't been able to process it yet, and idk if the manga will ever get to explore the complexities of you always living up to other's expectations just because of your blood. Akio is basically Jesus in this world and Akira is liek....idk, his only begotten son and hey, Akio is so stunning, so cool, so kind, so powerful and strong it makes sense if his son is like that too! And if Akira does get his memory of being yk, Akio, @a-xeno or smthng, how will Akira be able to handle that? Will he come to think that despite proving himself with his own strength, people would always look at him and just see Akio? Will he come to think that despite ma boi Sho being his idk situationship or smtng, figuring out that Akio and Akira are one, come to the conclusion that Sho was looking at him with Akio in mind and not Akira (his chosen identy, something that may be closer to his original being) ? Yk where in stories, where they say "you are looking at me in the eyes, but you are seeing someone else"...

just realised the english trans is almost a year behind omg. its been a while since ive read the raws but nothing happens to the doctor so far.
