Kwon Seo (evil crackhead blondie) told Min Jiwook that very line (at least thats how it was translated on googletranslate) when he was tied up and telling MJ that he will always desire him cause he is what Seungeon wants. Cant wait to see him die. The past few chapters could have been avoided if Seungeon told MJ who was behind his father's death along with STAYING TF AWAY FROM HIM.

THE VERY LAST PANEL SHOWS THE RAPIST SAYING HE DOESNT EVEN REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED "THAT DAY" 5 YEARS AGO.
Bitch why did you act like that when you first met her AND SHE EVEN TOLD YOU YOU RAPED HER AND IF YOURE A DOCTOR YOU CAN TELL YOUR PRESENCE DISTURBS, PERTURBS, AND TRAUMATIZES HER.
