I've been thinking it for a while, but what if Meryl was tricked by someone who looked like count Grint? What if she isn't a psycho woman, but is actually a scorned woman who was used by either Count Grint's secret brother/relative or someone who resembles him? This obviously doesn't excuse her actions, but it would make more sense cause ain't no way that MC's dad cheated. Plus we just saw a glimpse of someone on the other side who had blue hair too, which makes me even more suspicious...
Honestly it’s really likely it would be an uncle, I also hope it is. I think either, MC’s dad knew of the uncles doing and took them in as showing sympathy or it’s as the story goes and he was just sympathetic of their situation and is oblivious to him that the villain is the his brother (uncles) daughter.
As someone who has inverted nipples and had a serious insecurity about them, I do strongly relate to the MC.
I was made fun of for my inverted nips growing up which made me not want to show anyone (romantic or not) and it wasn't until yeeeears later that I found out some people find them attractive and that they could be reversed with suction and surgery (and many aren't willing to risk a surgery to fix one of their insecurities).
Is it a little dramatized? Yes, but not by much from my experience. And I think portraying it in stories helps build confidence for those who may feel strange for having inverted nips. If it isn't for you, that's okay, but I do think that it helps some people, see more representation of their bodies.

Kangjin, you deserve all that's good in life and death ╥﹏╥ <3
