The main flaws of the Isekai genre were basically due to trying to appeal to the lonely escapist population who just want to self-insert to the level 100000 mage/swordsman/knight/hunter, woman magnet, wonder bread protag. Not saying that this sort of stuff should have no place in the anime/manga space whatsoever,...... reply
