Omg idk why it took me this long to read this story even though i’ve seen the cover so many times. It’s so beautiful and so so tragic at the same time the side stories made me feel so sad maximin was so beautiful and intelligent. This series is super underrated period

I started having deja Vu like I read a other story before where the MC and his first love are too similar and stayed in the weird cycle for years because the are both too reserve/uncertain of their love but can't let go before they were both broken out of if by meeting people who love too much and can actually express their feelings too well to compensate

He really is good looking and I genuinely don't think the author sees him as a bad guy or the villain of the story or anything like that. You can tell they love him just as much as they love the MC and ML
on author’s twitter they were posting these extra character profiles and after the main 2 she posted sunbae’s too so I think ur right.. which irks me cuz I find him insufferable lol

tbf for that specific moment I actually think Jiwon was comparing how /he/ reacted when loving someone whose feelings might not be the same ("you can go out with other ppl too sunbae I don't mind") whereas Hyeon tells Jiwon to be exclusive with him. like he thinks he lets go too easily with sunbae whereas Hyeon keeps pushing to be together, and that's why he agreed to be exclusive. so I think that moment actually shows how he's starting to fall for Hyeon!
tho I do agree with you it's so obvs the author loves sunbae. I'm so nervous for season 2 if Jiwon goes to USA with sunbae, sunbae better stay the hell away from him aside from work. idk if I can stomach the 2 of them doing anything together while Hyeon is left in Korea alone??

I honestly wouldn’t mind this because I personally think Hyeon is a bit too much, too childish right now and he needs some sort of personal growth. Luncatic baby virgin crybaby seme uwu was cute in the first 13 chapters, but I don’t think it’ll be cute for another 40-ish chapters. Well, Sunbae is annoying as hell, but he’s not the main LI, so his growth isn’t really needed here unlike Hyeon’s.

Will show how much of a fool he is when it comes to obtaining Laura’s love and hand in marriage when she refused him. He was like crying in her lap and shit talking about how he will kill himself lol. Some people criticize this as him being a red flag but i like that he was flawed and not this perfect gentleman that we have seen so far. He KNEW that even if he told laura he will kill himself if she didnt marry him she is not the type of foolish woman who would accept his proposal but he did it anyway because he was so desperate to not let her go.
