Just set a time (like 10pm) for you to shut off lights, phone, everything and just lie in the dark and count your breathing. Or shut off all devices 30mins to a hr before going to bed. Yoga/light stretches could help. Also don’t drink caffeine like 6hrs before going to bed (I used to drink tea around 6pm every day and I’d be up till 12. Pushed it back to 4 and I’m good now). Worse comes to worst just masturbate. Does the trick.
