You can take magnesium glycinate for constipation. It's what gastroenterologists use to prep patients for colonoscopies, so it would definitely help with constipation. I mean, this generally makes a lot of sense. But in a lot of these action manwha, the world is literally on the edge of destruction. Using stories with dungeons and monsters as an example. When people start talking about wanting to get the hell out of dodge, suddenly the planes aren't safe anymore and I don't think that's a coincidence.
