If Rashta hadn't seduced the emperor, who's more powerful then her previous owner, then she would've prolly lived the rest of her life as a slave never seeing her son. Yes, what she did was horrible and morally wrong, but you can't blame smn for not wanting to die, trying to be free and get their child back. In the end she met a tragic death (i understand the fact that as a human some ppl who have a worst life don't want others to suffer, but others think it's the lesser evil and that they're trying to save themselves and their loved ones)
