I feel like the author won't pull a "there's actually this thing that make them both live forever ヾ(☆▽☆)" just cause it kinda cheapens the lesson presented with the grandfather's death. All good things must come to an end and life is no different, it is the fact that time runs out that makes it so precious. I've honestly love this series up until these last few chapters. I don't understand why the author keep undercutting the Mcs backstory in favor of half baked smut scenes. He talks about his pain for 2 pages and the rest is just out of place porn that's lost the intimacy from previous chapters. Idk hope the story gets some focus soon ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
Never in a million years will this author succeed in making this abusive, cruel and self-centered piece of shit ml a good partner or someone even remotely good for Dan. They went too far down the asshole route and there's no chance they are believely crawling their way out of that.
