I was a bit sceptic about this manga, drugs and wholesome?, but if people that has read the full story says it's good I'm willing to give it a chance :)
Where did you see this was going to be wholesome? If anything, the translator is saying the opposite in their note... You might want to make sure you are okay with the themes of omega verse stories.

It says it "An erotic and cute omegaverse BL story about a former host influencer and a police officer buddy" in the summary, and others in the comments says they like the story, so I'm just saying i would give manga a chance, since i usually dislike anything with dub-con in it

I mean cute does not necessarily mean wholesome. Dub con is pretty common in omega verse so hopefully it doesn't come as a surprise to anyone. I guess the worse thing is someone complaining about dub con knowing it's an omega verse story and then ruining it for the rest of us readers especially since the translator was close to dropping the story.
