It's because a lot of isekai MCs- well, most of them (especially in manga) got 'isekai'ed to the other world after being hit by a truck ╮(￣▽￣)╭
FL in the reincarnation mangas mostly dies in their own world from truck accidents. It's kinda Cliche. So people call these trucks " truck kun" for fun
Oh, haha so basically whenever a character gets reincarnated its almost ALWAYS that they get hit by a truck prior, so much so that people have started to refer to that ‘truck’(s) as ‘truck kun’ just because of how often it is used in reincarnation manhwas. Since kun is an abbreviated thing to add to the end of a noun to make it seem more familiar (i think.. just using my knowledge of when sakura always refers to naruto as naruto-kun lolo) its kinda like an inside joke so when ppl refer to the person getting reincarnated theyll say like ‘truck kun is at it again!’ Or something like that
