I hate when my friends ask me if I’m bored or sad. (I have adhd and I’m hyper without my meds and my friends are used to seeing that version of me) I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong when they ask that. I often lose interest and complain about being lonely when I don't make an effort into keeping my friendships. I don't want to lose my close friends! So please, give me advice, it hurts when my friends are trying their hardest to talk to me when I give no effort in return.
