I've read the novel and It's cute at first, but then we get to the side stories and the mc becomes a breeding machine, he is constantly getting pregnant it's kinda off-putting honestly (˘･_･˘)

I also kinda dropped it after the mc told his father that he was pregnant for some reason, so I jumped straight to the side stories as I was almost finished anyway, I thought it would mostly be about cute family moments which they are, but I just don't like how the mc is constantly pregnant most of the time.
