I fear the worst. So sure the pope is involve in some horrible sex crime. They should have waited until he came when they rescued the kidnapped, then, a little embuscade, a well placed arrow and tada! No culprit, a random bandit killed the pope, a bad guy dead and a lot of suffering dodged. Perfect plan.
The relationship is ultra toxic. They manipulate him into thinking he has a choice but the only one is them. They don't even let him be upset or free of decision. They hurt him and then give him anesthesia like, I'm taking care of you when he's the one who hurt him. I don't like where this is going. He asperier need a reality drop. They need to learn there lessons with a really big mistake that will upset nux so much no convicted manipulation can covert it.
I don't like this. It feel bad. The normalisation of rape, even between the 2 mc. Like its normal to force someone if you love them. I don't like it.
I don’t get the two unseen because I’ve heard this like four times and I’ve kind of come to understand a little bit better before the society the whole point is that supposed to make you feel bad the odd normalization to a certain degree like the extremes amount of laws, but everybody’s kind of scared to use them properly I also think people are at a little bit biased because of the weather be ML looks
I just read a part of the first chapter and it seem like the usual blackmail-rape romantised story. I want a sane story, not something that makes it seem like rape is a mandatory part of a relationship.
Thoughts ?
Hey, you know how we call a sex crime rape only when "we go all the way", it really makes you think why we define rape that way, right? What is the difference between Rape and sexual assault? We agree that someone being forced against their will to do something sexual or have something sexual done to them is wrong, why is it that we perceive the injury differently when one "goes all the way" as opposed to when one is, say, given a blowjob forcefully? If you are interested In this line of argument, I would recommend Catherine MacKinnon's piece on Rape. It challenges the way we perceive and understand rape.
Yes, that's probably not the best place to discute it, but the topic is important to discute and reflect on.
I believe the term "rape" mean different things related to the legislation in a country. For example, in France, "rape" is use to speak about a penetration of anything without consent in any orifice. And consent can't be gave if the person's not aware of herself (like drunk or on drugs). So I believe a felatio is consider rape. But im not an expert. And I don't know if it's different in other countries (I cringe when I read things like "you were drunk, we fucked, so now take responsibility !" HE WAS DRUNK ! You're the bastard who abused a drunk person without self awareness ! Dammit.)
I'm a little disappointed with the plot and story telling. It's all over the place, some characters appear out of nowhere and there suddenly importants characters... it doesn't make sense.
And the fact that he is gloomy, which take a seemingly important part at the beginning is totally abandoned as the story advance. I can understand that the author didn't have enough chapter at the end, but its a mess since the beginning. I saw far worst and its still readable but don't recommend.

Rape, mental and sexual abuse, liberty restrictions with some Stockholm syndrome, under the disguise or pretext of love. You can't do anything and everything to someone just because you love them.
Sad that this kind of beautiful drawing give this kind of message.
