Remember Killing Stalking was a HORROR manga as well as a Psychological one, it was meant to be fucked up, it was a hard non-con Manhwa and not meant to be portrayed in a romantic light in any sense.
This on the other hand is supposed to be a romance BDSM manhwa, of which it's showing NO trace of actual BDSM but using the label as an excuse to show rape an abuse to no end.
