The story is about the uke killing someone then reaching out for his childhood friend for help. What he didnt know is that, his friend is the one who orchestrated everything so that the uke will depend on him. The uke is being compared to a bird in a cage and from what i remember, this is a one shot manga.

Also from their childhood, it seems like the uke is being bullied, and his best friend is the one who planned all that too to make him feel miserable and be dependent on his friend. (Sorry for the english).
