I’m glad our baby is seeing the problems and he really wants to change, so as not to become like her father whom he started to realize he was sharing similar thoughts too. But damn that ending,, I don’t think he did anything . . . It would be an accident but I don’t think he did . . .

Okay, I get being upset that your partner has violent tendencies. It’s just seems crazy that she was upset her partner, when seeing that her father was hurting her, used force against him. Like yes, maybe he didn’t have to slam her father’s head into the wall, but what did she expect him to do otherwise or differently. She wants him to magically change over night, and when he does, that’s not good enough either. I’m so sad for our ML because he’s really trying at the risk of his own health. He needs to learn that he’s worth more and needs to start thinking about what he really wants, past just the mc. He’s relying too much on her, we all know that, but I wish the mc would sit him down and tell him he’s worth it, instead, she’s only been telling him he needs to be better.

Okay so it’s an interesting premise and it’s something new. Personally, I’m not really into polygamy or casual dating, but for people like the ML who establish prior to saying that “these are the boundaries” that’s fine and isn’t cheating by that logic. What I have a problem with is that it’s not reciprocated or equal. I just don’t mesh with the power dynamic of one person is free to fuck whoever they want, but the other partner isn’t,,, huh? That’s just gross behavior in my eyes. So when the mc got jealous of Kaede for talking with other women that kinda rubbed me the wrong way. Also the chemistry? Where was it? It felt like the mc was more attracted to the fact that his whims were being respected and that’s it. Idk I didn’t mind the story, it was something unique.
so real. but i think the mc's partners are free to fuck whoever they want (im just assuming because mc doesnt really care about them...), but with kaede isnt cuz he finally paid attention to his partner for the first time and got jealous. so i feel like his boundaries in the relationship is really just one sided in order to satisfy his whims and needs, and not to collect a collection of women to fuck and be possessive over them (am i making any sense)
and then i don't think mc is attracted to kaede because he respected his whims/boundaries, well it may be one of them but not totally. i think when kaede actually did it so well (following whatever rules) made mc notice him more?? like it's unfair for all the other women he's dated cuz he never paid attention or at least actually get to know them cuz he doesn't care at all. but with kaede going against the expected reactions the mc is used to, he paid attention, thought abt it, got interested, intrigued, wtv, then his feelings blossomed.
i don’t think seme would’ve cared if his partner have sex with someone else. he seems to be the type to not care.
