Has anyone ever come across a story where the omega had his bond forcibly broken off by his mate? And then meets the ML during his recovery process?
I mean I've read about the vague explanations on the adverse effects of one sided bond breaking but I have yet to come across a story that explores the concept in depth.
The closest I've come is when one of the characters suffers distrust due to witnessing a parent/relative experience one-sided bond breaking. Tbh I haven't even come across a solid explanation on how they would even go about breaking the bond and what 'exactly' that does to the people involved.
Anyone know anything?
It doesn't quite fit, but this http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/2ban_me_no_alpha/ has the first alpha breaking the bond, and then the omega meeting his fated pair. The adverse effects aren't really delved into (just a mention of the immediate ones and him having occasional heat 'explosions'). There's more of a of focus on the ML helping the omega with recovery / overcoming the loss of his past relationship.
spoiler for how/why the bond was broken: omega's past lover was dying, and felt that having the bond forcibly broken when he did pass would be worse.
I'm pretty sure I've read a webtoon with a similar concept to this manga, but I can't find it atm. If I do come across it I'll send you the link :)
Y’all… I left this to marinate and now there are side stories starting? Is the main storyline finished?
no just side stories between seasons. we probably have at least two more seasons to go
Nope, the s2 finished. The side stories is actually part of the main story in novel. But ig they made it separately as side stories
Ah okay. Thanks. I might wait till season three starts uploading before I read this then
right now when the side stories of season 2 done, we'll at chapter 132 in the novel and the novel has total of 348 chapters. So I'd say we should have about 4 more seasons (unless they want to rush and make it down to only 3 seasons which I will cry btw because I don't want it being cut too much). Not to mention they will have several months break in between seasons. So if you really want to let it marinate, maybe 2 more years? (⊙…⊙ )
