losing control is apart of losing weight, but is there a reason you've been binging? are you starving yourself? being on a diet is not starving yourself, if that's the case, you might want to talk to a nutritionist and get a better plan
not starving just have a family that loves a lot junk food and the temptation switch is always on ~_~

Sameeeee, I always check if how many chapters are left and wanted to finish it already, but there are also some BL stories where I enjoyed reading it beginning to end like sign, december rain, a shoulder to cry on, KS etc.
I mostly take a break from the story and see after a while if the story is still enjoyable. Otherwise I’ll drop it if I can’t continue.

You can try reading something completely different and when you get bored find something similar to what you were reading before... I was struggling because I couldn't find some interesting yaoi mangas... They all looked the same and didn't have an impact on me so I just skipped a lot of scenes.... So I started reading straight romances webtoons and I found some really nice ones and it was refreshing and now I am slowly starting to read yaoi again although I still feel that I can't find good ones (over the years I became so picky.. One day out of curiosity I checked my 'already read "list the things I read 2 years ago and I was like..." what was I reading? Jesus").... Sorry for the long text ╥﹏╥
