I dont think there's a novel so we can't exactly spoil, but from what I've gathered it appears mc is in a delusion and probably a god herself that thinks she was transmitted into the world of a "novel", not realizing that they seem to be actual people. It also seems her consciousness is blocked as well by her "supporters" as they try to deviate her from finding out the truth about herself.
There is a novel but I think it's stopped updating right at the point we are in the manhwa(chpt40) at least that's the case for novel updates. Not sure if there are further chapters out of there somewhere else.
