I am not the artist and the artist may change what is set in the first 29 chapters. I would Joo is falling in love first. Dan is probably the first to admit it and Joo may have to see Dan hurt to realize or understand his feelings.
I think Joo was falling in love in love at first sight. Go back and look at his actions and ask would he do this for all his jinx buddies. Or did he only did it for Dan? 
Who pays the medical bills? 
Who goes to their apartment and pays off loan sharks after a fight with them? Would he do that for anyone? Or just for Dan. Joo is a little deeper than he seems. With all his actions I kind of see him in love at first sight. And again I am not the artist and they could change it. 
The idea “having Dan falling in love first” surprises me because Joo has been saying it subconsciously through his actions while Dan is still kind of scared of him. Dan doesn’t understand Joo or his actions. He is letting him live there and he let him move his grandma shelf into the place. Joo is already falling (if he understands or not) and Dan is still kind of scared.

i don't think jaekyung is falling first tbh (not at this moment anyways, idk in the future), caring about your partner or his wishes is quite literally bare minimum and basic human decency, he might like Dan for him to go to such lengths but again, he wants a regular partner and liking someone/falling in love are 2 different things, plus for him money is nothing, so i don't know if his actions towards dan can speak of his feeling of love just as of yet. I said Dan is falling first just based on my pure speculation, because we clearly have a new lead and I was guessing he liked jaekyung too and there would be some kind of jealousy/drama leading to Dan realizing his feeling, but anything can happen really

I am not sure how to say this. Your points are a swing and a miss. You are talking about a healthy loving relationship with stable partners. You are not talking about a toxic person who acts like he is 12 and don’t understand his own behavior or feelings. He could feel in love at first sight but doesn’t understand himself. You have not dealt with many toxic people, have you? My boyfriend was toxic. He feel in love with me but he couldn’t ask me out. He pretended to have another girlfriend to ask me. Everything he said about him and her was me and him. It failed. He got hurt. He matured. He confirmed it was me and him.

The money for Joo is nothing but he knows that is what will keep Dan to him. Joo is selfish but everything he is doing is indicated he is falling first. He has cared many times about Dan’s health. You are stuck on Joo’s outward facade and not seeing him. When Dan was sick he moved him to his apartment instead of staying in Dan’s apartment. He paid off the loan sharks. He wouldn’t do that for all just jinx buddies would he? I can see where Dan will admit his feelings first. It will take Dan being hurt for Joo to realize his or understanding what is developing for him.
When I say his feelings speak of love. You are trying to make it a romantic healthy relationship. There are different types of love. I meant a different love that is building into a romantic love.

And, my point still stands, I do think jaekyung just likes Dan and thinks it's too much hassle to go look for other jinx partners like he used to before, so it's nothing for him to go out of his way for such things, if it means he will keep Dan. I don't think he's fallen in love, maybe in the future yes, he will grow to love Dan, but not yet. As for Dan, he is softer, more sensitive, Jaekyung is probably the first person who has ever been kind to him and gave him a helping hand (it's so goddamn ironic and sad tbh), so for me, I can see Dan falling first more than the other way around.

Love at first sight here isn’t how you are making it out to be. You are making a case for falling in love now. I am talking about the seeds that are growing and you are trying to dismiss. Joo is already falling while Dan is scared. The story probably have Dan realize his feelings first and Joo struggling to understand his feelings. It took Alex a while to understand his. I am hoping the author does this differently from BJ Alex.
But Joo is already falling now with the story that is there now. It will take him longer to understand. I am talking about small steps to someone that had long ways to go.
