So j (the strongest demon ever) found interest in makoto(human cannibalism boy) and takes him down too hell. Down there, J is like “I’m gonna make u a demon.” Through the initial start, J is a prick and pretty mean. He makes makoto work as a prostitue, sleep with others and even makes him have to interact with his real life father who hated makoto. His father hated Makoto bc he died from doing weird rituals n shit and it got on the news and the whole family had to change their names and like move (the news said it was some gay ritual shit and that was bad for the family). Makotos dad was killed and makoto was so angry at J after all his bs that he swore to become the strongest demon ever and take him down. So many things happened and makoto throughout the whole time still loves j despite his hate for him. Makoto loves j bc he has a deep fascination and obsession with him. Makoto makes a lot of progress and slowly becomes stronger and stronger. One thing about the demon world is that there’s a type of hierarchy. Demons on a higher rank have an advantage over lower rank demons bc lower rank demons can’t say the name of higher rank ones or else they’ll crack. (These cracks are permanent injuries) and if they say the full name of the higher rank demon their soul will be shattered. So for example if Billy is stronger than me, then billy can say my name but I have to call him B or I’ll die. Ok now that we have that established, this is super important bc that’s how we can measure makoto getting stronger. Remember how he was a human at the start when he went to hell? He couldn’t say the name of any demon but later on her could say the name of literally all of them (period bitsss). (We’re rooting for him bc js a bits) Anyway makoto tells j that he’ll take him down and occasionally tells him certain parts of his plan but j doesn’t gaf. Lol, he kinda persuades him to keep going and teases him and stuff and that makes makoto mad ofc, but he’s still in love with j (weirdo) eventually makoto learns J’s name (no one knew it bc no one could say it, j was just that powerful) and now that makoto knows his name he has to be able to say it to truly destroy j. We learn about js past and get some hints on stuff like why J isn’t stopping makoto from trying to take him down (I started to side with j more no bc makoto is becoming a bits, still love makoto tho). Eventually makoto is able to say js name, and he’s soooo happy and proud but at the same time he’s f’ed up nowww. He’s a true demon, one of the worst and literally the strongest ever since he can say J’s name. J kinda seems indifferent but it’s because he’s wanted someone to say his name. He’s been around for so long that there’s nothing left, not to mention he’s stuck with a lot of pain (that we learned was from his past). Makoto is now m and j is Jonathan. M thinks he won (bc he did) and finally gets to ravage Jonathan. He fs him in the nastiest way possible iykwim. (Like M is topping our boy J!!) And then Jonathan is all sentimental, he wanted to died, he wanted someone to be above him and he’s at peace, so he says Ms name and crumbles. His soul [Jonathan] is gone forever. M loses his mind at this bc even tho he won, even tho he hated j, he loved him, and j took everything away from him. (Because j was makotos everything). This is apparently (kinda) what happened to J and his former “master”. He loved him and his master died and J had to live without his master,,(his master never loved him back D:) so now the cycle is repeating with M in a slightly different way, except M is kinda worse than how J was when he was in love. M got everything, but then lost everything, J got nothing from his master besides status and heartache, so he gained everything from M. M is a prick to everyone now and looks for a kid to repeat the cycle. (Kid falls in love with superior, wins, then superior gets to die and gets to permanently rest from the their anguish). The kid he finds ends up looking similar to J. M now wants to die to be rid of the anguish, but at least he won. (Won but still lost everything.) the end.
