can't for the life of me remember what its called, character names nor can i find it.
It's a dude that gets isekai-d into a fantasy world and he's like an assassin except he does it through creating like small rats and birds that go and secure information and assassinations.
He helps a king get his kingdom back from an evil prime minister or something? and the prime minister is actually a part of some group that is cult like? or something? its been a while since i read it.
Wasn't that many chapters but it is a black and white manga.

This is the only manga I could think of that has a few similarities. I’m sorry lol, i’ve only read a few action mangas, so I can’t think of anything else.
