It’s kind just to tell what the vibes of the story is gonna be. I use the tags to kind of organize all of the Manhwa I want to read. If I were to tag a story as BL then I can go back to that tag and see all the ones that I’ve listed as BL. Honestly, I think it’s better if you do use them to because from what I’ve heard back when everyone’s reading list got deleted only those who had their stories tagged kept theirs (at least I did).
