I'm at chapter 80 and the romance is so unnecessary and forced. I've read other action webtoons with the MC is surrounded with women with no romance.
If it was admiration that would be completely fine but the romance is so forced
Honestly this is a good story. I love the characters with their different personalities but I just can't stand Hayan. She just rubs me the wrong way.
I personally hate romantic harlems. If it's just a guy surrounded by girls (or guys) that's fine, but as soon as you throw romance in, it's automatically TRASH.

Did the uncle not love his girlfriend? Or did the girlfriend not love uncle enough? Why did she not turn into a full human?
Clearly he loved her so much he wanted to stop his nephew from falling in love with the tater to "potentially " have the same so called exposure

Tater/rai became human only after yeo ul loved him back, (they were already kind of dating, but yeoul wasn’t fully in love yet), so maybe when the uncle and the girl were together, they weren’t in love yet, that’s why she didn’t become human. Also, i’m pretty sure that she was never his gf, in the story they don’t talk about her being with him romantically, but surely the uncle was affectionate.

Atp, I think it just a plot hole...
As i said maybe:
1) they were only friends (i don’t see anything wrong with taking a photo like that with a friend)
2) they were dating but weren’t in love yet (there’s a lot of difference between liking someone and loving someone)
3) it was a one side love
Yeah, it could also be a hole in the plot, but if u think about it like that, then even star and tater should have become human right after.
Reading this feels like a fever dream. The plot and translation is a bit out of wack BUT it made me laugh a couple of times. It's a quick and funny read.
It is worth the read! I didn't cry like the other readers but the story kinda pulled at the heart strings.
Great story and I loved the fact that the dark mortal things didn't take over but just wanted a clean cut revenge. Kinda wanted the brother to stay but can't have our cake and eat it.
Still don't understand what the green eye was (was he born deformed with the inability to understand emotions? )... at this point he's like Jeff The Killer
I'm at chapter 111. The story, the MC and the villains are great, amazing even. But the random friends they make along the way are so ANNOYING!!!! Good lord!! Especially the wyvern and the other-worlder with one arm just grind my gears! Even the kid elf was annoying (They are more tolerable now but damn)
Its not annoying enough to stop reading but it is annoying enough to rant to someone about it.
I dislike harems! If a book or anime has it, instant hate.
But this webtoon? This webtoon does it right. The girls that he 'picks up' are not annoying and they are not constantly fighting each other to get in his bed. Heck, you wouldn't even notice that he is surrounded by these girls. I just love it!!!

First. When she was hiding all the school abuse, especially hiding the abuse that drew blood
2. When she saw or hear her brother fighting and winning then the next times he's fighting she's crying and telling him to run away.
C. Now she's walking home, see a group of persons arguing and feels she can stop them. SHE CANT EVEN FIGHT!!!!

Yeah she's kind to fault. Kind to the point of stupidity cause she'd rather get bullied until she's killed but won't utter a word about it to her family because she doesn't want to worry them. Her own bullies are already a handful but she tries to save someone else who's being bullied and get new bullies after her ass. Honestly ppl like them won't survive long irl unless they have someone protecting them. Pure and selfless ppl like her are a rarity so i can understand your frustration.
I respectfully disagree, the sister is tolerant of her bullies but you forgot that before she has no one to talk to about the bullying, you want her to tell her grandfather about it? come on even I know that gramps can do nothing about it except being worried or worst it would be the reason of his health to decline and the sister don't know that ijin was a mercenary or that he's more than capable of solving the problem, of course she's silent plus the bullies have a great background (their family have a footing in the society) but anyway it might be annoying for you but I guess you missed some of info or situations at her point of view and not yours
