Chinrou Cantarella
I am fascinated about the life of Orians. I cannot imagine how hard it is to be sold by your parents or kidnapped and sold by strangers to brothels. You have to survive when your dignity and pride is being taken away from you! Sometimes, survival is not your aim but the aim is to thrive and that is why some organ reach the top compared to the others!
I can not help but surprised by the handsome and rich boy change of attitude,, You can not turn a proud man to an obedient , passive man in 2 pages. This change of attitude and transformation don’t make any sense?
Guomin Laogong Dai Huijia
Available to read on WebComics App for Free.
The premise of this Webtoon is intriguing; How can 2 finalize a union in which there are rules that restrict both or one from being true to himself /herself ? How can friends descend into a chaotic relationship where words are not exchanged but ties are cut without a single word? You will be confused and sometimes agitated to witness how relationships turn sour thanks to those involved resorting to the silent treatment. Relationships require communications and once such an essential factor is disregarded, You shouldn’t expect a happy journey with your partner.
It was a treat to read this despite some unnecessary wasteful chapters.
Takane no Hana wa Chirasaretai
Sweet as roses, but it doesn’t sting like them. This manga had a decent page with an expected outcome, 2 setbacks were dealt with; An alpha who is not interested in pairing ( Background Story was not included so we the hesitation part was not explained properly ) and a relative Alpha who is impulsive who is not cautious with his approach. Both alphas are arrogant which is a typical characterization in OmegaVerse mangas. Arts is beautiful which is expected ( Just check the Mangaka’ name if you missed it)
Don’t expect anguish chapters, albeit you will get exposed to hurtful moments that are resolved rather quickly.
Sensei Zenbu Dasasete Kudasai
A Typical romantic storyline of a student vs teacher. 2 sources of conflicts were -1- The Younger StepDad whose they source of anguish towards the younger high schooler whom he tutored and -2– Teacher who was roses by younger student and took the blame of it. The Step Dad angle was shallow in execution despite the initial potential; He can’t be too thick not to understand what is going on. The second point was a brush off; the implication on the teacher ; Touji were not properly explored.
Not a fluffy storyline as it had potential but it wasn’t given the proper tweaks to use these potential factors in better ways.
Easy to read with minimal anguish.
Hostage
Nothing satisfactory should be expected from thus one Shot. I don’t believe that Stockholm Syndrome should be used as trope in this manga simply because the elements do not exist. Too many events in a span of 2 weeks will not materialize into this ending unless you have a weak character which we have.
Raising a Bat
The coming-of-age story of a blood sucking person and another with an abundance of blood is interesting; their interaction and likeness to each other are refreshing. The story has a great pace !
Umi To Futari No Enbun Noudo
The story might not original or with a surprising plot, but the pace and how the mangaka managed to employ certain elements of the story beautifully. The x-girlfriend narrative was utilized few times to advance the storyline. This was a wonderful read
Houyou Jikken
Miya, a sick with an incurable disease comes across Rie, an unregistered student working at the biology lab. What is the relationship between the 2? Why is Rie interested in Miya?
This story has all the elements of a mystery novel, but it lacks a satisfying/believable ending? The storyline concluded in few chapters; 2 of which were utilized to conclude the story! The mangaka needed more chapters to create a strong storyline with adequate character development.
Aku yori Aku
A heartwarming story of finding happiness for 2 characters; Can a mortal-being find love in his/her short life? and while acquiring a form of satisfaction, can he/she achieve happiness? The story of an Innocent Incubus and Hard-to-please university student is beautifully written and drawn
