I think Franz’s character is a bit fickle..
He’s supposed to be the villain that cunning, willing to do anything to take Winterwald, even using people as tools. But the fact that he only neglects Dabi (his kid with Isabella) didn’t sit right with me.
I thought he’d kill the kid asap like the duel-nobleman. So in the prison scene, I thought it would be Isabella begging Judith she wanted to help her and got some revenge.
Don’t get me wrong. Of course I don’t want the kid to be killed. However it’s not about me. It’s about Franz’s character that depicted in this manhwa..
A Franz? That slippery mf? That Franz left the kid unattended? Forget “deleting” the kid aka evidence, he wasn’t even assigning a guard to keep him shunned?
I mean… he can’t be having parents love after all that right? It’s absurd.
Just an opinion, I think maybe they decided to call her “illegitimate child” after FL’s mother died.
If I understand the translation correctly, imho the order must be something like this:

>Pregnancy happened
>Met the respective King/Emperor/Leader of their countries, get accepted as a way to stop the wars

I don’t know where I started to dislike this manhwa. I’m soooo excited when I first read this.
I think it was from the time Tilly, out of nowhere, said she loves Aegis too. There were only a few moments between them as a child, Aegis loves her, kinda childhood crush? That’s fine. But after time-skipped, she suddenly fall in love too? Maybe there were a few things happen in the “time that skipped” but it didn’t show, I didn’t read it, so I can’t really feel that connection. It feels forced, imho. Like a need, like “a great FL needs ML” kinda of situation.
Maybe it was my expectation to have a FL who won’t swayed by romance. Focus protecting and realizing how she no longer a character but a daughter to her parents and an older sister to Loina. I think she should finish with herself, her existence, before going through any romance.
The plot is good. The art is even better.
But I just can’t feel any connection to the FL ML love relationship. Well maybe their love story is just not my cup of tea ╥﹏╥

I’m okay with romance in action manhwa as long as it’s not excessively cringe, damsel in distress, or harem. It’s all good as long as the romance doesn’t overshadow the action.
And yet, I just can’t agree with that one girl. Out of all the girls in this manhwa, that white-haired is the only one I hate wholeheartedly. If she ever becomes the FL, I’ll drop this without a second thought.

I’m a bit confused. In the last chapter 39, I thought Han Maru did a great job. So great that the audience ended up liking him more than the actual play. But why the woman in the last panel (their teacher) got a bit angry and said something like Han Maru doing his job half-heartedly? Half-good?
I don’t know anything about acting.
But what I know in the manhwa, rn the team-play presences are worse than Han Maru. Is it his fault tho? Like, is the team-play supposed to be his one-man-play responsibility or something? I don’t understand…..

This manhwa has a significant difference (that matters to me) that not many other manhwas have.
You see, most manhwa would make many (if not all) women falls for the MC. I know he’s a protagonist but I wish the extra could be happily in reciprocated love too, is what I thought. But this manhwa isn’t like that. It tries to make additional couples which I don’t even have any complaint with the pairing ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
