Suffering is an inevitable part of life. The fact that you can feel the suffering, feel the pain from it, feel the need for a change; that alone should be a reminder that you desire to live, just not in pain.
Make what you will of it, you can only make it go away if you live on and do something about it. Dying just makes the suffering pass on.
