This is the fantasy isekai that I want! Such a rare gem! Its really refreshing to read. Its slow but really interesting to see how he grows. Its really heartwarming and really nice to see isekai without harem or isekai with the mc companion somehow being all girls, like there's no dude that exists im the story or an annoying girl character for once. I also really love how laocules becoming more and more like mom lol
I just read a few chapter, but I already hate the way they potrayed OG Kyle. I understand why he turned like that and he's not totally rotten either. Imagine yourself having a basically death sentence on you while you are that young, and its the kind that make you slowly withering away too. Ofcourse he's gonna be mad at the whole world, he's young and cannot regulate his emotion that well either and the fact how his family treat him didn't help either. I was flabergasted when the father forced him to train sword and then saying hurtful things to him because he's weak. Well duh! Your son is sick! And he basically cannot function like normal humans being. Imagine someone malnourished forced to do heavy sports, ofc he react that way. Yeah, I know you want him to overcome his illness but do you think forcing him and saying those unforgivable things to him would help him? If OG Kyle had someone supports him properly, he wouldnt be that bitter and whiny. And causing problem? He just want someone to actually care and understand him. What else can he do beside whining? The Mc had a cheat but OG Kyle don't. Ofc he would feel cornered and losing hope of everything. Especially since he felt so unwanted. With a father and family like that, its not entirely his fault he become like that and he is not that bad either you know. He's just desperate, not black hearted like the Mc potrayed him to be.

This is why I always say, "communication is the key" repeat it like crazy. I think Harsen like her but in the other side, she never consider that possibilities and unkowingly keep hurting him. And not that I justify her action, but I kinda understand her, being a mother isn't an easy task, furthermore she's still young at the time and somewhat that drastic change can be a bit scary and Harsen, the only person she can rely on is not by her side and thinking by neglect her is the best way but he hurt her by doing that and deepen the misunderstanding by not saying anything. Like, Harsen really need to be more open. Someone please knock their head and make them face each other properly and talk heart to heart so they can understand each other better hufft, that's the purpose communication exist bruh
I kinda reminded of something when I read this, the story is about a lover who broke up the meet later just to found out that the uke already has a child, he claim it as his but turns out the kid was just his friend kid with another man. They meet at the bar bcs they both heart broken, then they get married but stay as friend, but the former lover misunderstanding. I mean they had a way to make this into something cute eventho clearly the beginning is an assault. And to make it worse, he's not even apologized, he's threathening him into becoming his toys. So idk how to feel about this. The way they just glossed over this red flag xD but I guess they successfully making him likeable seeing so many ppl like this even tho he doesnt show any remorse at all lol.
