it’s genuinely so cool to see the author highlight queer art and experiences in this story. so many other manhwas feel like stories that happen to be about queer relationships, while this one feels like a story centered on the queer experience itself (if that makes any sense lol)
i see a lot of people arguing about whether or not there’s too much smut in this series, but i think the issue is actually with the pacing of it. i feel like this series has long periods of just smut and then long periods of just story, which can make both kinds of chapters feel repetitive after a while. plus, if you’re reading chapters as they come out it’s really easy to lose track of what’s happening and feel like not a lot is going on plot-wise since there are such large gaps in between these chunks of chapters. i feel like there are plenty of other equally smut heavy series (ex. full volume) that feel as if they have a lot less smut and more cohesive stories because they space the chapter types out more evenly, even though the ratio of story to smut chapters is probably pretty similar to this one. (also to be clear this isn’t me complaining about this series, i’m just curious if anyone else was thinking the same)
