I don’t like Jaewon with Doojoon, at most Jaewon with Haeyul but even so I don’t really want them together either because in a way it feels like he’s just using Jaewon as a replacement, for some chapters I actually thought Haeyul had reincarnated and was trying to help him lol, but unfortunately I was proven wrong. I really hope Jaewon locks in and goes back to his world and enjoys life with the money he won… ૮(˶ㅠ︿ㅠ)ა It was painful to see him so set in going back only to be completely swooned by Doojoon and always forgetting about his main goal, even when he came back to his senses that he’s not from that world he’d always soon forget everything because of Doojoon, so I’m hoping this is really a wake up call and not just playing in my face again.
(So far Doojoon hasn’t shown anything but pure amusement/interest as if he was playing with a toy, sure they had some sweet moments but in the end never once did it seem like he was actually into him or developing anything for him. It seemed like he simply kept Jaewon around as a way to entertain him from his normal boring life because unlike everyone else he didn’t follow the same script and thus picked his interest and made him want to play with him.)
Hear me out, I thought so too but ya know the shadow that picked the book at the beginning?... I'm guessing my man Doojoon has done something big here and kinda waiting for the reveal, if I'm right... doesnt it makes sense to root for him more? Like he made himself regress again and again going through that boring life just to find our MC. Something clichê like "even if I lose my memories I will always end up falling for him"

No not really I don’t see why I’d root for a man who constantly sexually harasses/assaults a man in public and isn’t interested in him. He’s made it quite obvious he’s only treating Jaewon as an asset to toy with, even wanting to push him to his limits to the point he could break. Unless their chemistry completely changes in the future, I really don’t see why I’d root for him.

The problem is in these manhwa stories, just like it has been the case with a lot of mangas too. The top/seme characters seem to have a tendency to be jerks and rewarded for it. And they want to pain abusive attitude or stalking as romantic. Even rape, how many stories in BL have rape and yet they end up in love together? I started reading yaoi 20 years ago. And i can not believe these tropes are still the norm. Now it is not just japan with manga, but also the koreans with manhwa.
Maybe it depends on a person's pov but, I can see Doioon having feelings for J based on season 2. It's just- he doesn't know what kind of feelings those are. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

He still is too pushy and arrogant. It's like they love to portray seme like that. they can be very arrogant and pushy and still get their way.

Well, most of the time they do that so I guess i'm used to it now. ( ̄∇ ̄")
girl same, it looked like it was gonna be one but finding out it isn't disappointing me so much, sigh, potential manhwa PhaideiIsMyTherapy
RIGHT!!! Jaxx could've simply scratched the slave part and made him a cowboy which he already looked like. I know their idea wasn't leaning into what many thought it would but it was still insensitive :'-) though I'll be looking forward to their next works
I just started this and I really hate ml, Jihan and the Jeong-Won don’t deserve any of this. Ml keeps getting on my nerves and is truly so annoying!! (╬ ̄皿 ̄)凸 someone tell me this gets better… I only started and am reading this for Jihan but I would appreciate if ml was more likable.
i like jeong won more and he’s taken and a side character. it’s so odd for his second personality to be so off-puttingly childish yet sexual in behavior

I know right! I know he’s grown and is aware he’s an adult now but it’s still weird because at the same time he still behaves like the child he once was, I’d prefer if Jihan simply took care of the wounded guy and helped him emotionally instead of having the ml always initiating something sexual TT
