i’ve taken yet another break from the grind tbh, are we able to save books yet or are we still dealing with it?

please help me find this Bl!! i dont remember what its called or what the characters names are since they're korean names and i have trouble remembering :( but what i remember of the story is the main character used to have this friend who was abused at home and would vent to the MC a lot and made him feel sad whenever they talked and after a while there was a misunderstanding that caused the two to completely stop talking. and one of the friends the MC now has after all of that was in love with the ex- friend and is now dating him and lives with him where i left off. i cant remember all of the details which is making it harder for me to find it but i remember the MC's now friend got a sun catcher and a dream catcher because the ex-friend gets nightmares. please if you are able to tell me the name of it do! ive been looking for a while now :((
