The plot is not plotting for me. It shouldn't have taken 100 chapters to be where we are now. And honestly, Dr. Seok is a pretty boring character to follow. Things are happening around him , he seems to be mostly be standing passively. I know he is anaemic and has a silent personality. But the story treats him like the garden of eden treats him. The most fun was when he got bitten. There are a few times he is proactive on his own and those are really fun pparts.wish there was more of that.

Yeah, it's more of an obsession than love. At first he indeed fell in love, but later it just spiraled, she died and pure obsession was born because she slipped out of his hands. He loved her when she was his, but when she left only obsession remained.
It's sad honestly, when they had a future he just pushed her into hell because of his stupid pride. He regrets it and even 'tried' to repent but it was only to satisfy himself and win her back. In this equation he never thought about her. All he ever cares about is himself (￣∇￣")

I like Jungseo and how clear headed he is. He properly analysed and realised thats very little outside of nostalgia for him to like Hyosin. Hyosin has a lot to prove.
The only thing pushing the plot forward is the MC being mischievous and doing the opposite of what is bing asked of her. Otherwise , the rest of the characters are incredibly passive and barely push the plot..
70 chapters in, we now get some insights into the previous timeline. I think it should have happened sooner. The plot is incredibly slow going.
tbf the majority of the plot revolves around trying to cure her illness which isn’t the most eventful thing anyways. the past life stuff is mostly just for us, doesn’t really do much pushing the plot either since all it does is explain the motivation behind the actions the mage and prince have already done and will do. i think since the beginning the plot has been pretty slow and the focus has always been about repairing relationships and living the best you can under certain circumstances. i don’t really know how the other current chars cld push the plot more other than magically finding the cure for mc. definitely not the manhwa for those who like heavy plots
Despite the slow plot, I still enjoy the story. I'm enjoying liliana's small adventures and her siblings finding their own partners. The plot is getting sprinkled here and there, we'll get there eventually but for now I want to enjoy the happy and no care in the world vibes it gives.

I read the webnovel this is based off of, and there are some aspects of the side stories that are quite unhinged imo... it kind of ruined the whole story for me and made me drop the webtoon, but I hope they decide to tone it down for the adaptation...

I would be very happy if it remains an alpha/beta story. But it seems to be moving towards an omega/alpha story. The ML seems to more interested in finding out if he is really a beta than actually being interested in him as a person.

It’s so predictable lol you consume enough media and you can see the twist from a mile away.
In one chapter ml talks about some holes in a cave/dungeon that if you fall inside, it can teleport you to anywhere random. Because of that, it was easy for most to guess that mc will fall into one and get transported to the past where he'll meet ml as a child. But the, he get transported back to the future which is why he was never found in mls current timeline.
