Did you notice where the hearts are? The lower head aka Virginia fell in love in that moment and became loyal to Dane. The upper head didn't realize it in that moment, but will also be completly full of Dane soon. So it's Dane or injections.

Dane after they had sex the first time tried to hook up with others, but Grayson always interfered ( they started a trial relationship, Dane originally to get rid of Grayson), so we don't know if he really could have gone through, but after someone attacked Grayson he stopped trying. And after the trial relationship ended, he got depressed because he missed Grayson and just stayed at home with Darling, doing nothing. He practically became a monk without Grayson. So Chupa chups was the last hook up of Dane we know of.
