not europe hes from the labyrinth, they dont explain the world in this manhwa but in another manhwa set in the same world (“I can see your stats!” totally worth reading and is also a bl w smut and a non toxic couple) the labyrinth is where magicians from all around the world gather and learn magic. magicians from the labyrinth are very curious and enjoy learning so gwen was interested in the mc because ml is (idk spoiler alert or not?) a dragon which is an uncommon but there r prolly lots of of books about dragons unlike the dragons’ mates who nobody really pays much attention to, this is a speculation tho im still not sure if its his actual purpose or not

And in original korean its the consonant is equivalent to “ch” but English is spelled cahaya becaude it’s indonesian origin

I mean, yeah, I can see why readers outside Indonesia would be confused and pronounce “Cahaya” as “Kahaya.” But the correct spelling really is Cahaya, and it’s pronounced “ca-ha-ya.”

“Cha Haya” also sounds a bit strange to Indonesian ears. So I kinda wonder why they didn’t just write it as “Cahaya” even if the Hangul uses “cha,” and then explain that it’s still pronounced the same as the Indonesian “ca.”

kalau aku sih baca official novel di manta emang pake cahaya. mungkin kenapa di hangul jadi chahaya karna korea ga punya huruf latin yang membedakan konsep ejaan indonesia c = /tʃ/ dari ch. jadi cahaya. jadi pasti ketulisnya Chahaya. dan lagi kan ada jaketnya ditulis cahaya juga di gambarnya. tp harusnya sih ngeh apa dari chapter 1 cahaya dianggap alien karna dari nama dan latar belakang dia dirasa aneh kek alien

Still, I believe they got a similar dynamic when it comes to the struggles of trusting and keeping a "business only" type of relationship. It's not finished yet tho so I'd recommend to take your time reading.

This is kind of a stretch since the ML is more white-haired than blonde, but SHJ is supposed to have somewhat of an undefined tone so it might work?
I'd say the story is nothing too incredible but I was entertained enough and it's mostly a silly fun time. I call it "jinjae if you squint a lot" lol. It is finished as well.
