Nothing shady about it. That scene is supposed to juxtapose mc's brothers idea of mc to how the mc really is (personality or character wise) Because his brother sees him as this innocent little kid that he still needs to protect but with the next scene of mc and ml banging away just goes to show how wrong the brother is about mc. It's just common juxtaposition, adds humor to the story

In novel , after this part inseob come back to korea with wooyeon start of as manager against misunderstanding pile up too like wooyeon bought house there was rumour of wooyeon meeting a actress at night in hotel and married and wooyeon bought house inseob feel that wooyeon going to break off this relationship they have and again inseob after noy much clearness by the side wooyeon disappeared again wooyeon become crazy cuz after an event he was about to propose inseob but he disappeared he found him fast then lot would happen misunderstanding gets clear up fast forward--- they shifted to America by the beach that house is actually under the name of wooyeon family so he inherited it ,he wasn't interested in acting he does little works but most of time wanted to stay with inseob they will have their puppy ig but wooyeon become lovely and cooperative he told inseob to not search what's happening in Korea and he didn't , those old men ceo come they thought they are just roomate till they saw inseob and wooyeon doing bombaya with cake all over their body wooyeon knew that old men were in bathroom still continued inseob wasn't aware lol then fast forward wooyeon told old men to never tell inseob that you found about out relationship he isn't ready and Don't want tu make him worry , wooyeon has many properties in America by his family so he is actually niy so poor if he doesn't work everything will work out he is doing little bit acting only for inseob cuz he like him doing acting. After this onwards wooyeon does everything for inseob and never hurt him. They live happily in America cuz korea is not open about gay relationship and America give them piece.
