finally a polylove LOVED IT

not my fav but I liked it, pretty shallow characters and story
the way they retracted disturbing things are not totally disturbing because of the setting that "alphas have no control as they where drudged by the omega special pheromone" but then in a moment of necessity they can control themselves pretty fine, so in the end the feeling is that THEY CAN RESIST, they just didn't have the will to, as they seems to think omegas are not people with their own feelings (by the things they talk)
I give it 4 stars for the original way of putting cliché settings (what is seems difficult theses days), the abusers paying for it and the fact that the uke has some personality (entering a class full of alphas, prepared to die just to look after his alpha, that he doesn't even know if he is going to love, man this omega has courage)

9/10 its very good and I liked it very much, it was not superficial but its didn't hit me deeper to be one of my favorites, the author was a little lazy with some aspects like how dimitri brother shows up but I understand it was a way to put his family in the story

too short to be a masterpiece, in general are stories full of regret and dreams being destroyed, I do like this type of stories, they show real word, but if it is not developed is just like a pretty and sad painting or picture, without contest, it tells more about the author than anything,
wish the author finds peace

perfect, good (and realistic) character writing, good history telling, the sex scenes are exciting (makes my heat beat feast) just loved everything here
loved even more that other options besides monogamy where a option and apparently is going this route

loved the character that are not plain "good" or "evil", everyone has "problems" and deal with it in different ways, everyone is a asshole sometimes or for someone, but we can see that for others they can be a filial son who takes care and loves his mom, or a supportive partner or friend (no matter if seme was using the mother, he DID care for her as the mother of the person he loves, he was supportive and apparently they had a good friendship)
as the author says "they could have been better" uke could have told his mother but them he had to deals with her disappointment, sadness, and guilty I can see why he wanted to protect her, he could have just accepted the older seme feelings but we can see he is someone who can't trust others and has troubles dealing with fallings (normal for a child who had to "play adult" in a young age) then prostitution is a job as any other, and a fast way to make money, he could not used the younger seme and for hurting others for his won gain I never agree with but we can see from were this came from
the seme could have continued to be just a sugar daddy, but he couldn't see the person he loves hurting himself and do nothing (again use the mother is not forgivable even if he was good and cared for her) he could have used other means but it was not right to want the uke close at any cost, even if the person needs you is never right to force a relationship, in the end of history the mother helps him realize it, but was too late
the younger seme was obsessive, clearly has a serious mental disease and for sick people without treatment all they need is a trigger
no one can blames mother for not trusting her child when he is changing so much and aparently is actin based in rumors
what I mean is, this story don't treats people based in morals (that can be different based in who you ask and mutable) it treats it like people with their won struggles and mindset, you can judge for yourself,

BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL

first, the uke is shit, he started a relationship with the first seme because he wanted to use him, and ended the relationship cuz he couldn't stand his inferiority complex, then every time the first seme try to talk with him he plays the victim and run away simply because he can't look in the face of the person he feels guilty for trying to use, while making everyone including the first seme and his brother(and us) think that he is afraid of the first seme for something he did, when he could just say "I am sorry, you did nothing wrong, I never liked you, I just wanted to use you to improve my own work but I couldn't cuz I lack talent", then with his inferiority and relationship with the first seme not solved he proceeds to have sex and enter a relationship (in this order) with the first seme BROTHER who happens to be madly in love with him (and likes his work, the one he has such a complex for) if this is not a way of massage his damaged ego I don't know what it is.

I will defend the first seme cuz is clear that he was mentally unstable after (apparently) being raped, the boy he likes is treating him like a piece of shit, he doesn't know why, and the other part refuses to be even in the same room as him. Now, the only time he really does something bad is in an unstable state of mind, clearly drunk, and stops himself before doing something irreversible, actually, he tells the new boyfriend of the guy he likes who happens to be his brother what happened he gave the medication and everything ended as a minor injury in the neck, of course, the uke must have felt scared as shit for almost being bonded for his life with someone he didn't like and I am not discarding what must have felt like being totally powerless and in panic even if it was for less than 1 minute but the worse didn't happen, and clearly, the first seme didn't want that to happen
now lest talk about the second seme(brother of the first), he is the typical puppy-like obsessive type who (as my friend in another comment says) "the only objective in life is to date the uke" a perfect pair for a uke with an inferiority complex towards his brother and I am not even putting here that he is several years younger and inexperienced and that the uke is his first love
by the end, it is a sick history of sick people and I like this type of history but the author clearly wanted it to look like a healthy one where the poor omega is the victim and has done nothing wrong besides being a coward. I personally hate cowards and hate even more a person who "plays victim" while knowing to be the one who caused the mess, so I hated the uke, but I can see as some may have liked him as I see why some in real life like to be and to protect "the poor little victim who done nothing wrong".
in this sense yes at least the other work of the artist don't try to pass as a healthy one and the protagonists are not hypocrite

first, it makes a lot of sense that he leaves his supposed fiance, it happens that when you are in this vulnerable state you do feel good about having someone that takes care of you but you also feels frustrated and angry about not having autonomy. Ask any person with special needs, most of them feel pressured to be "grateful" when they are having their life controlled by others and because of that autonomy is soo important for them (most marry people who support them and respect their will) in this scenario it is clear that he didn't love the fiance that showed to be extremely manipulative even after he regains his health, probably he was already feeling pressured to have something with her, as he lost his sight at a young age he probably didn't even know he was gay.
secondly I do think his interest in the doctor was because he was the first man beautiful he saw, it grows as he was the one who operated on him (for those who are confused it is said it was an emergency, so if he was a resident in the area he could have ending up operating) and his corneas being of his boyfriend and him being clearly demonstrating weakness was probably the beginning of his feelings (remember guys he spent his life depending in others, it must feel really special being depended on) and as all love, his love for the doctor was born by the respect for him as an individual who has a will, the doctor letting him decide for himself and letting clear all the factors was decisive in my opinion plus the supernatural fact that he probably could feel the doctor dead boyfriends emotions.
and last we hate the female in yaoi cuz they are usually the love rival, it is so simple that we gonna hate her, the only love rival we like is going to be a hot one who is not a love rival and is more close to a "love interest", plus they are usually the "push" type as this one or the screaming type, the difference of the male contra part is that the male is usually super hot and "cool", and we usually want to sleep with him but not date him or that the protagonist end with him
