Not really. I watched some episodes and it was exactly the same if I remember correctly. Also this is not based on any novel or alike AFAIK and therefore I don't even get why would someone write a comment as such, saying that "it's already out somewhere"... the mangaka has its own schedule and the only way for someone to have made some content on it could be because of fillers (you know like when the anime production goes faster than the manga one and therefore they have to buy time) but I don't think this is the case anyway...
I recommend to watch the anime, its not so bad a bit funny(depends on your taste of comedy). And my post was just for fun, cuz of those two characters that are here, they just reminded me of the two protagonist from that anime thats all. Besides Anime was released few years ago like in 2022 or 2023 so way before of anime Blooms with dignity.
