Imo he wasnt throwing a tantrum. Illya went to talk with him in case he was agitated but he was meditating and calm enough that Illya didnt feel the need to intervene. Imo he is okay, he even said he is never gonna stop being friends with him over the match. He just wishes to be taken serious by Mc
The latest just proved you wrong LMAO(≧∀≦) but genuinely, I never felt like he was throwing a tantrum at first. It seemed more like he was sad about the way MC was talking about winning the competition by himself. While there's nothing wrong with MC saying that since it was an individual competition, I can understand why it still bothered Brett. He's a sensitive person, and hearing someone close to you focus on their own success can sometimes make you feel left behind or inadequate, even if they didn't mean any harm. I can relate to that since I'm a teenager myself. When a friend talks about an achievement they earned, I can occasionally feel a little down about my own situation, not because they don't deserve it, but because it reminds me of what I haven't achieved. It's not something that would make me throw an actual tantrum, though. I'd just want to communicate those feelings, similar to what Brett did :)
