I just finished reading up to chapter 13 and now chapter 14…
for the first time, I honestly found myself wishing Suah would get into an accident and forget Juhyeok. I know that sounds extreme, but that’s how much it hurt to read. I just feel like Suah deserves so much better.
There’s a reason he was covering Juhyeok with his scent, especially in a sports environment dominated by alphas. It didn’t feel possessive to me — it felt protective. Like he was shielding the “husband” he grew up loving, the one who promised they’d get married when they were kids. Suah has been holding onto that promise all this time.
I just want Juhyeok to start treating Suah like a human being — not like a dog, not like a milkmaker, not like something he owns.
Suah has that friend in college… and maybe, just maybe, that friend could be someone who makes him feel lighter. I just want to see Suah genuinely smile. The only real smile we’ve ever seen from him was when he was a child.
He deserves to be happy.

As for National School Prince Is A Girl, I highly recommend reading the novel! The way Qin Mo is described is just divine—you’ll fall in love with every bit of him.
The manhua is great, but the novel’s portrayal of Qin Mo is on another level. It’s astronomically different, and honestly, he had me completely hooked.
Also, the chapters I read weren’t MTL, so you’ll really enjoy the flow of the story. Definitely worth diving into!

The only pairing I was iffy about was what was going on with mc’s one girl friend character who joins the team(I forgot her name), like girl you can do better than your step brother who treats you like shit and please stop sleeping with him I beg of you ;; he’s not worth it
I was really surprised to see a BL romance in the story, but I absolutely enjoyed it—I love their dynamic!
As for Xue Yaoyao, yes, she’s the one you were referring to. Honestly, I really dislike her stepbrother. In the novel, she was completely blackmailed by him—she wasn’t with him by choice, but rather harassed and manipulated. He constantly made her feel like she owed him, blaming her and her mother for ruining his life, which was completely unfair. In reality, none of it was Xue Yaoyao’s fault. Her mother genuinely wanted to live independently, and it was only the stepfather who clung to that relationship.
I also appreciate how the novel explores Xue Yaoyao’s growth and how she ultimately rejects him, rising into a strong, empowered woman.
And of course, Fu Jiu—or should I say, Bo Jiu—is such an incredible character. I love how she brings people together, helping them grow stronger and become independent in their own right. She has such an amazing impact on those around her!

MC is an athlete and he gain fame cause he is hardworking not because he likes the limelight and being famous.

Hae-jin suffered terribly after Lyle brought him back to the mansion.
One of the cruelest moments was when the former butler forced Hae-jin into heat and threw him into Lyle’s room. Instead of protecting him, the household treated him horribly. The butler even accused Hae-jin of using drugs, which made Lyle start doubting everything that had been happening inside his own home.
That was when Lyle finally opened his eyes.
He began a full purge of the household. Everyone who hurt Hae-jin, stole from him, neglected him, or made him suffer was punished. Lyle made sure they experienced the consequences of what they had done—tenfold.
After that, Lyle changed everything for Hae-jin.
He made sure Hae-jin had the best of everything. The floors were carpeted so Hae-jin would no longer feel cold. The greenhouse, which Lyle used to hate, was turned into a beautiful space where he and Hae-jin could eat together. The old butler who had genuinely served the family before also returned.
Lyle became very attentive to even the smallest details. He took notes on what needed to change for Hae-jin’s comfort:
The butler’s clothes had to be changed so Hae-jin would not feel reminded of the trauma.
No one was allowed to stare at Hae-jin while he was eating.
The harsh knocking on the door was replaced with a bell, because Lyle realized the sound made Hae-jin feel suffocated and anxious.
Lyle changed so many things, and what made it even more painful was that he had imprinted on Hae-jin.
Because of the imprint, Lyle was suffering too. He wanted to be near Hae-jin all the time, but Hae-jin did not want anything from him. And because Lyle did not want to burden Hae-jin further, he chose not to tell him about the imprint. So Lyle suffered silently.
And honestly, Lyle changed so much.
Even his poor secretary was stressed beyond belief because Lyle constantly wanted to be with Hae-jin. At one point, Lyle even wanted a private helicopter at the mansion because traveling by car took too much time away from him being near Hae-jin.
There are so many beautiful changes Lyle makes throughout the story. Watching him slowly realize Hae-jin’s pain, take responsibility, and do everything he can to make Hae-jin feel safe again is one of the reasons this story becomes worth reading.
