Read "omniscient reader's viewpoint" it is still new. It's not isekai per se coz he did'nt get transported, more like the world turn into something... But the novel is already finished and it is so epic.

So the manga involved a poly relationship sort of. There was a tall black haired dude that was the top. A brown haired dude as the bottom. And then a blonde haired dude that was a switch. The plot itself was kinda toxic where it mainly involved and centered around the Black hair and brown haired dude. I think the plot also involved the brown hair dude video taping their sex adventures. But in it all the two others were basically kinda playing with the brown haired kid. But started to develop feelings for him. Toxic but it was enjoyable
