I feel like there’s more to their relationship. She keeps saying she did or did not do something, maybe she did something to him and he’s still holding a grudge.

While i understand why this frustrates you, he's a bullied teenager drowning his problems in videogames. Even if he says he wishes his sister was dead, he obviously doesn't mean it. What he needs is attention and an actually good psychologist. He's a very realistic representation of certain teen's going through stuff.

Let the story unfold, I feel he's a victim and the culprit was the sister, I mean her childhood is very shady

He basically does but a part of me I will always feel bad for what he’s going through just saying that beforehand, but the other part of me saying like oh do you not get it? Don’t you get it going off the basis of like this is karma of like an eye for an eye type of situation. He’s done really bad shit he’s an awful person too. He was a severe bully to people that didn’t deserve to be hurt at all. Somebody did confess to him, and instead of being nice about it he basically bullied them into getting a transfer. And he doesn’t seem to get it seem like or regret any of his actions while all these things are happening to him he’s like no no no I just have to change this and I can go back to being the top of my game. I’m like dude you’re in high school you’re in your second year you have like two years left before you leave anyways.

I feel like you are on to something. The King in the vision isn't the MC because we can see from Chapter 1 his form is human sized. The one in the Vision is more of a giant so unless he has an evolution or something it shouldn't be him.
