i feel like this girl leads men on, the mc "protects" the girl ends up killing someone and probably does some other stuff that keep in going down the crazy rabbit hole changing him until he ends up as the new "stalker" when the girl eventually starts distancing herself and finding a new white knight the save her.

what a lie, it's so cliché and filled with the same troupes as the rest of the Chinese mass produced manhua.

girl as tricked by the new boyfriend, has some illusion magic and made her think the mc cheated on her. mc in turn doesn't explain himself even after the boyfriend explains to the mc how he used his magic to trick the girl. the mc is constantly insulted or w/e over this throughout the story and he takes it and continues with his training and adventures with his new friends. and every time the girl and the mc meet we will think "its time to reveal everything" but no we wont get that.

it's probably just me but every time i try to read manga like this with a stoic character who is "hiding" his abilities to not stand out makes me cringe a little, i feel like the targeted audience for manga with this troupe are people who can't stand out and have no ability/skills to speak of, so when they read this it makes them feel like the problem doesn't lie with them but in everybody else in the world that fail to recognize their greatness.

by the end of the manga either one of the brothers die and the other becomes twisted or both become twisted. the nun will be ousted but nothing will change on the "eternal island".

They say authors can never create a character in a story that is smarter than themselves. so true, can't even make an original riddle.

white hair dies in the end, get shot. the girl stays with husband, she has a kid from white hair that the couple raises together. in the end he leaves a letter with his feelings for her in writing, expresses regret for the things done and wished their first meeting could have been different.

would have been so much happier if the manhua created was history's number one founder instead, similar transmigration dude to cultivation world and taking up disciples to create sect theme

honestly when i read the novel i couldn't really tell where the story was going. you get the girl, girl gets drugged gets pregnant and later loses baby, girl goes away a few years and comes back. she begins to enter show biz to take on her sister that stole all the love from around her. and you would think this story is clear in the revenge with stealing limelight from the evil sister but than you throw in a kid who gets attached, and revelation that the mc turned into a super spy in the few years after leaving, and becomes involved with some king of spy organization that works under this super devil like man, and from time to time the mc leaves the show biz stuff behind to do spy missions. the problem is there are times in the novel that has the mc pulling out a role that supposedly was gained during the handful of years away from home. im not explaining it all too well but the story feels a bit like it a amalgamation of two maybe three chinese romance webnovels. ultimately if the manhua is anything like the novel, the story will devolve and turn shit.
at least its not like another story i read where halfway into almost 2k chapter webnovel readers see the mc stumbling into conflict with a secret organization that is secretly hiding the fact that there is a super meteor heading to earth about to wipe out life and the mc need to stop it with mad hacking skills.
