I also think it's for Terry’s sister and the doctor. It was said that they wanted to marry, right? But the doctor disagreed since his family said it was too soon. They broke up because of it and then Sara Lu died. That's also why the doctor got sick (because of regrets).

. . . that it turned so light and fluffy. After the opening chapters, I expected a darker, more angst driven story. Not, that I'm really complaining; sometimes fluffiness is needed.

Though I would've like to have seen a resolution of the girl classmate who threatened the uke to keep away from the seme and not just a cameo at the end. Also, her rapist ex.
