Not a list but if you go on the search and have “yaoi” selected (or shounen ai if you specifically want that) AND “webtoons” selected, you can filter by “completed”. 90% of those are gonna be completed manhwa. You just unfortunately miss out on the stories that are completed but still say ongoing.
