Yuna isn't a manipulative character. She is someone who sees an opportunity and goes for it. She's a person who when offered or available she'll fuck a guy. She recognized ml was in love with Sophie but ml never committed to Sophie so yuna kept trying to pursue the guy she likes. Overall it's the fault of the main character for not making up his damn mind. If he told tuna no I don't wanna have sex with you she wouldn't pressure him she'll feel sad because she does like this guy but she'll give up. So she's best girl
Sophie trying to overcompensate to stay relevant for the main character and being insecure makes the reader feel sad for her. However it's annoying how indecisive she is. She literally said I'm not going to adult stream with you if it's with tuna, and did it anyway.but she is best girl too
Honestly I dislike mc bc he literally assaulted Sophie for views then later back tracked and said this is not what I wanted my channel to be. He's indecisive af and is stringing yuna and Sophie along bc he can't choose so
Honestly I was hoping yuna, Sophie, and him would be in a poly relationship bc Sophie can give him the emotional connection that he wants, while with yuna he can be more rough or cruel bc she likes that while yuna is more silent in her affection. Yuna is a show and not tell but Sophie is a tell and not show person mostly.
Yuna wanted mc bc he satisfied her,and she liked how he was even before sex. It's was a bonus he was kinky
Sophie wanted a place to stay and money but slowly fell for him
Honestly I'll take both of em bc they're wonderful ladies, and if they had their own screen time to understand each other they'd get along minus the jonathan jealousy
Years ago I was reading a manhwa but I'm not sure if it was romance. But it was definitely childcare with the protagonist being a girl. But she was reincarnated with an extreme his of killing manyyyy people
At some point in the story the royal family told hers that we got to inspect a dungeon since they're popping up everywhere unprompted.
MIND YOU the mc sneaks out the house to go see the dungeon and some little boy get sucked in with her along with their guardians. There's I think a holy knight and she clings to the holy knight instead of her father for some reason.
Eventually they get to the end of the dungeon and defeat the boss. And they see a relic of a crown. And the crown chose the mc who was like idk 2 at this time or sum? Could be older. And the crowns scripture on who is fit to wear it. Said he who bears the weight of the crown or something like that. As the girl see thousands of bodies of people she killed in ha passed life.
If anyone could help it'd be nice I went through like 150 pages of MANGO to searchhhhh and I can't find it still.
Like Ong I'm writing this at 5:04 am when I have to be up at 7 for work bc I'm being searching for so loudddd
I absolutely ADORE the Mc. All her reasonings make sense if anything she protected her child unknowingly. For those that don’t like her, remember she has Postpartum depression which is a severe condition after pregnancy that can last a long time and is very dangerous for the kid with just the mother as the sole caregiver. Sometimes it leads to the mother killing the child if I’m right in rare cases.
However she is a child having a CHILD she lost the support group of her peers and was literally suffering alone. What she did wasn’t right but it makes sense. As soon as she got married she was JUST a mother. A lot of mothers i know gone through this stage where they can’t recognize themselves.
I really love this in-depth story of the harm of untreated postpartum, the good/bad parts of being an mother, and unhealthy relationships.
Most commenters don’t like the MC, but what do y’all think?
Instead of being determined to flee, she should solidify her role as duchess and gain connections. I get that she's fearful of him, but it kinda conflicts with her goal. Because at times she would have paralyzing fear, that caused her to close herself off at first and try to avoid him. But then she'll casually take trip to an investigation scene for what purpose other than curiousity? I expected from how terrified she was she was gonna make a plan which needs connections and allies in small moves. However I'm not mad at her she just needs more time but it seemed she wouldve had more if there weren't hella time skips.
I'm not saying she can't be scared, however the author shows her fear to a certain level it's confusing for her to make certain choices. Like she goes from someone might take my life scared to they're unsettling but I'll still do what I want.
It's probably the pacing of the story itself, but there needs to be more scenes as to why she isn't deeply terrified as the beginning chapters. Because NOTHING was said aside from the line that get married or die I think. There was no discussion if alternatives or anything or the why they were killed at night where anyone can see
Also free thought remember how mc spread the rumor if l being at the jewelers herself while being the person receiving it later on? Wouldn't that be suspicious asf,ig it could pass off tho.
I guess I could be reading into things too much because the plot isn't lead by political goals. It's a romance with politics to add spice not make senseq
I need more growth from her and another 10 chapters, to make a decent review it's far too early since 30 chapters is how I feel out a story
