I thought it was by the same author as "Heartless" (an incubus yaoi) but I didn't see it under the author's other work section. I did read this monster hunter yaoi around the time I read Heartless though.

Why is everyone surprised? It's clear the ml has issues understanding normal human interaction. I feel like we've been building up to this the entire time. The mc was just able to talk him down most of the time.
