Why I think this is still worth reading:
It has a very controversial start (violence, possessiveness and grape) but there was explanation for why such decisions were made, not something random or the malicious nature of the top.

There were also details (the omelets, chapter 37) to show that the top is still capable of understanding the bottom’s suffering and not be controlled by the dominant power dynamic (relatively). However, it is still twisted if im being honest. So, the top’s development took quite a long time before the author could convince the readers that a part of him has changed gradually (ss2 onwards)

Their feelings are mutual and relatively positive as the story progresses (unlike some tropes that drag the whole suffering throughout 2 seasons and got very dark with kidnapping or extreme violence)
I believe chapter 45 is the turning point of their relationship when most of the raw truth was revealed and they tried to communicate the problems they have bottled up. (Don’t get ur hope up that it will be rose-tinted glasses after this chapter)

Some people say that the bottom is quite passive. I disagree because his got his own escape plan from the very beginning and by ss2. He has a pure and loving heart, yet he has his own priorities. He doesn’t let reality stop him nor to be blinded by love. He dares to see the truth for what it is, for how twisted but also how endearing the top is.

Moreover, the ABO setting is quite different and very intriguing to read as it presents new aspects like the prayers vs bitten bonds, the pheromone incineration, the pills targeted at betas, and the farming of omegas.

Overall, if ur looking for characters that are complex and a bit extreme, redemption arc and sweet vengeance with babies involved, this one might be a gem in ur reading list

I know this manhwa is based on a novel but I really hope this won’t become any blueprint for any freaky storyline in the future
Because wtf? The kids (in snake form) are now a mean for arousal/sex scenes ?
The author is somewhat pervertedly broken
Its giving bonnie blue in some way
I think to me this chapter is not in the grey area no more, no line between freaky and disgusting
Straight up disgustingly romantized pregnancy and childbirth
Hope this wasn’t written by a female author

If you are looking for sth funny, warm hearted and sexy but there is plot and character development, this one is for you

I love the fact the characters have personalities and a past to them. A lot of smutty plots don’t pay much attention to this. Also I enjoy having non-toxic and supportive parental involvement at the end of the story.
One more plus is that relationship conflicts are handled according to the characters’ traits to showcase changes and not something random just to create drama and smut.

If you just want to have a fun read with triangle/rectangle love + threesome xex + outdoor xex and not into drama stuffs, this might be for you

The idea of this manhwa may revolve around the idea of trust. You will see 3 male leads being similar from their appearances to their love towards the mc. However, different choices, different priorities may lead these people to drift apart. Only one gets to stay bc he is trustworthy.

That’s my take on this story. At some points, I’m a bit frustrated because the mc is being too much of a pushover but in the end, it gets better. Definitely will have to turn off your brain in some parts and enjoy the smut.

Yall someone should put a limit over how big the didi thing can get in manhwa’s yaoi logic cause no bottom can survive that outrageously gigantic pillar of wood. In some manhwas I read, the didi can also be as big as the bottom’s thigh ??? Like gurl my inside also hurts while reading ?!

This should be put into a museum because it is so freakin RAREEE for the top to actually wait for his partner to become a bit more mature and DIDNT PULL THE “18 years old is an adult” card. Like it or not, 18 is still very young

I remember reading this back in high school and now I have finised uni ;))) and this is still on-going
Im so grateful for the scanlators for still picking this up after so much time has passed and despite having so many other mangas out there
